As you go through your home and select the items you want to consign, enter them into your Seller Portal. Create your tags and print them on 65-110lb card stock. All items you consign online must match the printed tag you place on your items. If you edit an item, you must reprint the item and replace the previous tag with the newly reprinted tag.
If you have a question as to which items are accepted, please look at our list of Accepted items button/section. If you cannot find your item on the list, please submit a photo to support@blissconsigns.com.
Login to your Seller Portal by clicking on the Register/Login button above. You can also bookmark this URL link www.myconsignmentmanager.com/blissconsigns.
Click on the Manage Items button
Click on the Add Item button
a. Select a Category and a Size
b. Enter in Description Line 1 and 2
(include brand and color)
c. Select Price
d. Mark Discount only if you agree to
reduce the items 50% off the last
day
e. Mark Donate only if you only if you
donate your unsold items
f. Select Price
g. Add Item
If you need to edit one item, check the box located to the left of the item and click
Edit Item at top of list and edit as needed.
You can edit these items: Category, Size, Description Lines 1 & 2, and Price.
If you need to update the Discount or Donate fields, then please just select the item from the Edit Item dropdown - Mark Discounted, Mark Not Discounted; Mark Donated, Mark Not Donated
The instructions are the same as when editing single items, but you can check more then one box at a time.
Then Select the Edit Items button.
Be careful that you are only editing the items you want edited. Changes cannot be undone.
You can print your tags in batches or all at once. The system marks all Printed items as Generated. Generated means your tags were generated into a pdf document. This generated PDF will be saved in your Downloads folder. You can come back later and display just your Non-Generated tags to easily print the next batch.
Be sure that the correct cardstock paper (65-110lb) is loaded in your printer and that it has adequate ink.
Print your tags in Draft or Normal because often Best quality bleeds.
The tags should print out 8 tags/page. Use a slicer or scissors to cut the tags on the lines. Be careful not to cut the barcode.
Drawers of furniture is a good place for tags or tape to the back.
Use a tagging gun or safety pin to attach tag to TOP RIGHT of clothing item (IF material will not show holes) or on the tag inside garment. You can also use a hole punch and ribbon and thread through a button hole!
Attach tags to handbags, belts, jewelry, and other accessories with a hole punched tag and ribbon if appropriate. Punch and ribbon and
thread through a button hole!
Try to avoid placing jewelry in Ziploc bags. Items in bags do not sell as well as women love to touch and feel before purchasing!
Attach tags to shoes the best way that is secure.
Use packing tape and attach to inside sole or bottom of shoes (not taping over barcode) or use ribbon or zip tie and hole punched tag to
secure to strap or lace hole. Reinforce hole with packing tape over the hole.
Confirm the Check-In Appointment you chose from your seller account. Then, organize all clothing by like clothing prior to drop off at sale site (i.e. place shirt, bottoms, skirts, sweaters, jackets together).
Drop Off Day is from 9:00am-4:00pm, you can only arrive during the time you selected from your seller account. Please allow 30-45 minutes at drop off. (Clothing items will be inspected with you present. Items not accepted will be given back to you at that time.).
Consignors are required to review and sign consignor agreement (you have agreed to this agreement when registering online).
Consignors are allowed to come to the Presale prior to the public sale opening.
You can log into your registration site to view items sold at the end of each sale day. Click on Settlement Report to see your sales!!
REMINDER! Item pick-up is from 2pm-4pm Sunday, the last sale day.
If you do not pick up your items during the designated times (found on the website), your items will be donated! No exceptions!
Put $$$ in your pocket and keep your closet free from clutter! Items that can't sell at the sale, make a donation pile and bring them to donate at the end of the event.
Does your item have increased bling/detail?
YES Add $3‐$4.
Is your item a HOT trend this year?
YES Add $2‐$4.
Is your item current season?
YES Add $4‐$6.
Is your item NEW with Tags?
YES Add 20‐30% if it were not NWT. (example: Consigned price: $12 shirt would be $16 if NWT = 30% more)
Additional Tips: Price as if you were the shopper. Ask yourself, "How much would I pay for this?”
Price low for the items you prefer not to take home with you.
Run the iron over each piece and take a
little extra time to button all buttons, zip zippers, etc.
This guide is only for reference. You are NOT required to price your items according to this list.
Keep in mind: Don’t sell what you wouldn’t buy!
